Android Apps now become our lifeline.  Not having a relevant app put you in jeopardy.  One such app  I come across today  is Google Translate.   I have downloaded it and tested and felt that  it is an incredible app.

If you are on tourist expedition, it helps a lot as its translation engine fully supports main Indian languages as well.

When it comes to it's main features :

-  It has improved offline language packs experience.
-  It has  phonetic input support for  Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil Telugu
- It translates  80 languages

Once you download this app  from Google's Playstore, it breaks through all your language barriers.

The above image speaks louder than any words.  It is the time to catch the culprits red-hand who indulge in drinking in public places without fear and not even mind to behave responsibly after their indulgence.

For me  2015 is different in one sense.  It is a year when I made my  New Year's  Resolutions which remained in cold storage for years and  now only they have seen the light from the depths of my own mind.
Earlier, I wrote  a blogpost  in my sister blog at Wisdom Everest on the same subject and you can read that article

One mistake crawled in the  titled of that article  "These are My New Year Goals/ Resolutions" I should have used the word "Vows" which seems more powerful than pale word 'Resolutions'.

But I mentally substituted with the word  "Vows" already.  A New Year Resolution should be a creamy wishlist and not a laundry list.   You can alternatively call them  Crucial Decisions of your life on daily basis.  In order to keep the vigour consistently on daily basis, you have to make objective analysis of implementation process and steps  be taken for the pitfalls you encounter.

You would feel reverberated with energy once you clearly imagine the fulfilment of your Goals and the attendant  prosperity both material and spiritual that would be dawned into your life.  Resolutions are nothing but  decisions you make on daily basis.

When it comes to mechanics of decision, you must turn the pages of Napoleon Hill's much-acclaimed work "Think and Grow Rich'.  The cover flap of the book mentions that 'This book could be worth a million dollars to you'.  Anyone, which want to tread a path of success must read this book which can be freely downloaded from internet.

In this unparalleled book, Hill elaborately mentions 30 major causes of failure.  Point 13 mentions 'Lack of well-defined power of decision'.  He says that men who succeed reach decisions promptly and change them, if at all, very slowly.   Men who fail, reach decisions, if at all, very slowly, and change them frequently, and quickly. Majority of folks make New Year Resolutions very casually every year without bothering implementation part.  They are a bundle of failures.

Hill terms indecision and procrastination as twin brothers where one is found, the other may usually be also found with it.  So carefully, write your New Year Resolutions with a vow to implement them on daily basis.  It should be binding on your persona  rather dry words written on a piece of paper.  Better late with a  solid action plan to execute the New Year Resolutions !
